Shipping and Return

OUR DELIVERY METHODS

 

Deliveries are made by La Poste for delivery in France and then by their partners in each country.

 

We also have the option of delivery by Mondial Relay (delivery to a relay point with tracking). This option is available in France and in a few countries only.

 

DELIVERY DELAY

Delivery times vary depending on the country: 7 working days on average for France if we are not overloaded, 10 working days for the EU and 12 working days for the rest of the world.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Customs duties may apply to some countries. To find out more, we invite you to consult the customs website of the country of delivery.

 

WITHDRAWAL ON SITE

You can also choose to pick up your order on site. For this you must wait for an e-mail from us telling you that your order is ready.

 

You can then pick up your order at:

  • My Green Soap, 1 rue Claude Debussy, 38100 GRENOBLE

 

Tuesday to Saturday, 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

For mainland France (including Corsica), Monaco, Andorra

BY MONDIAL RELAY

 

We deliver your packages in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Spain at the best rates in Relay Points.

 

We deliver at home in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Austria, Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom.

I CHANGED MY MIND; CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

 

The return of your order is accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return costs are your responsibility.

 

In order for the return and refund to be carried out under the best possible conditions, please strictly follow the procedure (otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):

 

  • Write to us at info@mygreensoap.com with your order number, to inform us of your withdrawal request. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products to us (shipping date).

  • Check that all products are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any opened or damaged product will not be refunded.

  • Please include in your package with the product (s) concerned, the number of the order concerned as well as your first and last name.

  • Return the package to the following address:

Choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim for lost packages. The refund will be made upon receipt of your package.
